Create your note templates

This tutorial will walk you through how to create your own note templates and add the predefined drug sets. Please note that you can only perform certain actions if you have been granted the respective user permission(s).

Create a note template

On the side menu, click the 📓 Note Template tab.

Click ➕ Add New to add a new template.

Type in your content, and the template will be automatically saved.

Add predefined drug set

You can predefine drug sets along with your note template, so you can quickly copy the whole prescription.

To add an item to the drug set, click the ➕ Add Drug button.

Type the drug name in the search bar. There are three modes available:

1. Formulary Only: Prescribe drug within your formulary (including custom drugs)

   • To learn how to manage your clinic’s drug formulary, visit the Manage your drug formulary tutorial.

2. All Drugs: Prescribe drug that are not in your formulary

   • When using this mode, drug labels will not be generated.

   • Instead, you can print the prescription letter for the patient to get the medication elsewhere.

3. Free Text: Prescribe drug by manual entry

Select the drug you would like to add. If common regimens are available, it will be displayed on the right.

Enter the dosage, frequency and duration. Click Create to add the drug to the drug set.
