Manage your medical items

This tutorial will walk you through how to manage your medical items or consumables. Please note that you can only perform certain actions if you have been granted the respective user permission(s).

Add new medical items

  1. On the side menu, click the 🩹 Items tab.

  2. Click Add New to add new medical items.

  3. Enter the item name (eg. Gauze) and unit (eg. piece).

  4. After adding the items, you are able to prescribe or select to use them via the consultation interface.

Manage medical items inventory

  1. Search and find your medical items

  2. Click View

  1. In the Stock section, you can manage your inventory level by adding or subtracting from the current stock level.

  2. You can also enter the Total Cost if you are adding stock.

Check your stock level

  1. In the Stock section, scroll down to the Stock Level part.

  2. You can see the chart that represents the stock level over the past 7 days.

  3. Change the date range to view the stock level data as per your need.

  1. To see the stock level change record, you can scroll down to the Recent Stock Change(s) part.

  2. Click the View More button to see the full record.

Inactivate or Reactivate an item

You can inactivate an item if you want to suspend it temporarily from being prescribed. You may want to do this in situations when you are out of stock.

You can change the status anytime when you want to reactivate an item.

Delete an item

If you want to remove an item permanently, you can delete an item.

Please note that after deletion, you cannot restore the inventory record of that item.
