This tutorial will walk you through how to use Scribo to manage a patient’s arrival at your clinic. Please note that you can only perform certain actions if you have been granted the respective user permission(s).
When a patient visits your clinic, you can add the patient to a queue with the following few simple steps:
🏠 Home
tab, click Make Appointment
on the top right corner, and a pop-up window will appear.Select the doctor in which the patient would like to visit. If the patient has no preference, you can randomly select one as this can be changed later.

If the patient has reserved in advance, you can add the patient to a queue as follows:
Under the 🏠 Home
tab, click Today's Appointment
on the top left corner, and a pop-up should appear to show all the reservations for today.
Find the patient, select the phase which the patient will enter next and click the arrow icon.

Upon creating a walk-in or reserved session for the patient’s visit, you may create labels and apply them to remark or characterise the context of the event or the patient as visual reminders throughout the patient’s visit if necessary.

to set up a new label.
Once a new label is set, select its tickbox to apply the label to the session, and it should appear across the session in different interfaces.
