Print drug labels

This tutorial will walk you through how to print labels prescribed for the patients and provided by the clinic. Please note that you can only perform this action if you have been granted the respective user permission(s).

Print drug label 💊

  1. To print labels for drugs prescribed for a patient, double-click to enter the patient’s consultation session.

  2. Click on the “💊 Dispensing” tab, and preview the drug labels generated based on what has been prescribed.

  1. Choose which language of drug labels you would like to print:

    • Click Print All (English) for English labels
    • Click Print All (Chinese) for Chinese labels
    • To print individual drug labels, click the 🖨 (Printer icon) beside each label
  2. The google chrome print window will popup. Select your label printer, then click Print.

Dispense Label

  1. For medications that are not in the formulary of your clinic, you can print the Prescription Letter. Click the Prescription Letter button.

  2. Select the drugs and letter template. Then, click Apply. Check that if the letter details are correct, and click the 🖨 Record & Print to print it.

  1. After dispensing, you may click > Next Phase on the top right corner to move the patient to the next phase.
