Create your Scribo accounts

This tutorial will walk you through how to register for a User Account and a Clinic Account with Scribo.

Register for a Scribo User Account 🧑‍⚕️

Have you got your Scribo User Account?

• If not, you can create one by clicking here. It just takes 1-2 minutes to complete!

  There will be an account verification conducted via the email you register with. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your “junk mail” folder or “spam” folder. We make every effort to ensure that the email to verify and activate your Scribo User Account is delivered.

• If you already have a Scribo User Account, click here to log in.

Create a Scribo Clinic Account 🏥

1. Log into your Scribo User Account.

2. Once logged in, click Create Clinic.

3. Fill in the basic information of your clinic and conduct a preliminary verification with a valid mobile phone contact as required.

4. Make sure the information entered is correct, and click Next to proceed.

5. In the next step, you may choose to upload and provide in advance basic information of your patients to Scribo, in order for our team to help you set up the Clinic Account with the patient information imported within 3 business days. Alternatively, you may choose to skip this part.

6. After all required information is submitted, the Scribo team will help you set up the Clinic Account within 1 business day. If basic information of your patients were uploaded in advance during the registration process, the time for setting up the Clinic Account may take up to 3 business days as mentioned above.

7. Once your Clinic Account is ready, you will be informed via email to log into the Clinic Account through your User Account interface.
